Bobby
Enjoyed our big size rooms, plus the staff was attentive. The room was comfy and with exceptionally comfortable beds. The English breakfast was marvellous, included brilliant dishes. Our location was marvellous to a considerably middle-of-the-road establishment. Had tea and goodies at Waves, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

Had a really great stay with my partner, we spent 4 nights here, everything was great. The breakfast was delicious and marvellous with cheeses, juices plus croissants, and the restaurant's offer was yummy.

The breakfast was marvellous for my needs; and the staff was helpful! The room was new-fashioned & bright with big bathroom and a great breakfast. This location was marvellous, close enough to a nice area within walking distance of dog walk and seafront, the sea front, local restaurants and the shops and the bay and center. I were there for 2 nights, overall had a very comfortable stay.

Good value, room was airy, staff were helpful. It was based in nice building in a great location, to the Minack theatre. Café Cinammon Spice located 1 km away was a nice surprise. English breakfast was delicious and great, enjoyed its service.

The location of this hotel was great for what we needed, as it was close to the Mousehole lights and just a short stroll away from the promenade in a pretty street close to the waterfront. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and tidied to a high standard every day. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, the best we have ever had in a Guest House. The staff cooked the food with care and it was well presented. All our specific requests were catered for, creating a very friendly atmosphere amongst all the guests in the dining room.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Everything was excellent, REALLY KIND staff, unbeatable location very close to ferry, beach and high street and the centre of Penzance, the seafront and the train station. The king room was new-fashioned with a great breakfast, the bed was very comfy.

The two hosts are really incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very tasty! The location is very good, within a promenade from nice restaurants. At the same time the house is very quiet. There are also enough parking spaces at the roadside.

The English breakfast with juices and cheeses, for example is the highlight. Our hotel is set in a central location really close to the centre of Penzance, the seafront and the train station, local tourist attractions and Penzance.
